The Crimson Temptation Mocktail Recipe
Ingredients:
2 oz raspberry puree
1 oz pomegranate juice (adds depth and color)
1 oz black tea (brewed strong and cooled, mimics the depth of dark rum)
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
1/2 oz simple syrup (or honey syrup for extra warmth)
A splash of ginger beer or sparkling water (adds complexity)
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Directions:
Muddle fresh raspberries in a shaker, then add raspberry puree, pomegranate juice, black tea, lime juice, and simple syrup. Shake well with ice, strain into a glass over fresh ice, and top with a splash of ginger beer or sparkling water. Garnish with raspberries or a lime twist.
